The BG Group is a licensed Certified General Contractor by the State of Florida, specializing in demolition, asbestos abatement, excavation services, and recycling construction materials since our founding in January 2003. Throughout our history, we have performed total and selective demolition for real estate owners, general contractors, and municipalities across Florida, handling projects of various structures: in every category, including residential, retail, industrial, healthcare, governmental, and educational; and of every size, from small single-family homes to multi-million square foot shopping centers and 31-story structures.

Led by Ivy Fradin and Steve Greenberg, we continue to develop methods and techniques to suit various individual project requirements, with our name synonymous with safety, quality, innovation, integrity, and performance in the fields of asbestos abatement, demolition, and excavation services. As a professional and controlled specialty contractor in the inherently high-risk and unrefined demolition trade, we own all of our own equipment. We take pride in our repeat clients and their referrals, while also attracting new clients through our impressive capabilities and outstanding track record of serving our clients’ needs. Our mission is to create recyclable real estate by prioritizing safety, complying with regulations, overdelivering for customers, retaining employees, and optimizing recycling construction materials.

We carry $10 million of comprehensive general liability insurance, full workers’ compensation insurance, and are bondable in excess of $10 million. As a certified M/WBE with the State of Florida and an SBE in certain municipalities, we maintain a drug-free and EEO workplace. Our team excels in various services, including asbestos abatement, demolition, and excavation services, and we ensure that each of our projects meets maximum LEED certification standards through effective recycling of construction materials.
